Yes, once a contact submits a form they are stored on the backend and you can track their usage moving forward.
Your client’s income and debts affect their DTI in every scenario (obviously). Within your account you can create an individual “Verified Goalee Page”’ which has a unique URL for your client. Input the income and monthly debt obligations that you and your team have calculated. Set a timeline for how long you want this page to be available and share the page with your client so they can use it while they are shopping for homes!
The income and monthly debts fields will be locked to your client and they will have the freedom to run as many scenarios as they want knowing that those fields have been verified by you!

Yes! Once you get your account access just follow the “Get Started Tab” where we have broken down each part of the setup. For the more tech savvy you may be able to just fill out the Profile and Branding Tabs and launch your page instantly! It’s as easy as setting up a social media profile.
Goalee is designed to be able to setup and launched easily as a mortgage pro or real estate agent. You don’t need a tech team like you do for other things in your tech stack.
